About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Kingwood offers a mix of indoor climate-controlled units and outdoor drive-up spaces. RV owners can use the large 10x25 outdoor unit with drive-up access, and the 10x30 indoor unit is climate controlled. The facility is open 24/7 so you can get to your rig on your schedule. Reviewers often mention the staff by name. Kristen and Shellie get called out for being patient and explaining things clearly, and one person said the move-in was easy. The app gets a mention too. Not every review is positive: one person reported water damage and a slow response from management, so it's worth asking about that. You can rent online and skip the counter. The property has been around a while, and the layout is pretty typical for a storage place. If you need a spot for your boat or RV, the drive-up units are the ones to ask about. Call ahead to check availability.
