About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Ridge Rd in Lackawanna, near Abbott Rd, and it serves folks from West Seneca, Blasdell and the rest of the Southtowns. It's a self-storage facility with outdoor parking, so there's room for an RV along with the usual household overflow. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Joe gets named a lot, described as patient and quick to answer questions, even the small ones. People mention the rental process going fast and the lot and units staying clean. One reviewer moving from Buffalo to Florida said the team worked out heated, outdoor and standard storage together without much fuss. More than 700 reviews and a 4.9 rating is a strong signal for a storage lot. The one sour note in the reviews came from someone who says they were quoted a much higher rate after asking for a disability accommodation, so it's worth confirming your rate in writing before you sign. Otherwise this is a solid spot to leave a rig for the season.
