About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Langner Rd near Ridge Rd in West Seneca, and it handles more than household clutter. Vehicle storage is one of the options here, alongside climate controlled units and drive-up access, so there's room for a rig if that's what you need parked. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Chantel gets named more than once, described as helpful and easy to work with, and the broader theme across 609 reviews is pleasant, efficient employees. People also mention how clean the place is and how quick the sign-up process goes. One long-term customer with a climate controlled unit was surprised to find everything clean and free of rodent damage after three years in storage. A couple of reviewers warn about rates climbing after a promo period ends, so read your lease terms before you commit. Dollies are on hand, and you can reserve online or stop by the office.
