About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on West Avenue J in Lancaster has covered and outdoor parking for RVs, plus a gated entry and climate-controlled units if you need them. The place sits close to the freeway, which makes dropping the rig off before a trip less of a chore. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, especially Michelle and Gabby. People say they're patient, know the unit sizes, and will walk you through options without rushing. One person mentioned swapping units and getting a better spot near their old one. Cleanliness comes up a lot too, and the gate and cameras get a nod for feeling secure. It's a self-storage facility first, so you'll find drive-up access and a kiosk for payments. If you want a straightforward spot with people who actually pick up the phone, this one has a solid reputation.
