Extra Space Storage

About Extra Space Storage

Extra Space Storage sits on W Ave J8 in Lancaster, and the reviews back up the 4.9 rating across roughly 950 of them. Reviewers keep naming the office staff, including the manager Cathleen, Sally and Jazmin, as the reason the place stands out. People describe them as patient and welcoming, and one customer says they worked with a delayed paycheck instead of making things harder. There is covered parking and outdoor space, and a reviewer parks a 32 foot camping trailer here. That reviewer noted the staff call when a rig leaves without a heads up, which says something about how closely the lot is watched. Cameras are part of the setup, the gate is electronic, and the site is described as clean and secure by multiple reviewers. Climate controlled units and drive up access are available, and the wider drive aisles help if you are moving a bigger vehicle through. Reviewers also call the pricing competitive and the staff client oriented. Worth a stop if you are hauling a trailer through the Antelope Valley.
