Extra Space Storage, 5801 W Charleston Blvd

About Extra Space Storage

Extra Space Storage sits on W Charleston Blvd in Las Vegas, with outdoor parking spaces for RVs among its storage options. Units come in small, medium and large, and some are climate controlled. The site has drive-up access, wide drive aisles and multiple code-locked gates, and staff accept deliveries. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Arnett gets named over and over for being patient, fast and easy to deal with, and one customer said he transferred them to a new unit without any fuss. Others mention Paige and Consuella by name. The staff regularly get credit for walking people through their options without pressure, and wait times at the office are short. Most reviews call the place clean and secure, and several mention feeling safe coming in alone thanks to the gated entry. Not every note is positive. One reviewer who parked an RV for about six weeks said it was broken into and felt the precautions in place were not enough, so it is worth asking what security looks like for the outdoor spots. The facility is wheelchair accessible.
