About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Las Vegas and runs as a self-storage spot that also lists automobile, boat and RV storage among its categories. The units here are climate controlled and inside, with rollup doors, and some sit on the ground floor or near a door or elevator. Sizes run from small 5x10 up to large 10x20. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Several praise specific employees by name for being polite and patient, and one describes an upgrade to a bigger unit after a faulty handle turned up. Others mention help with insurance and setting up an account. The property gets called clean. It is not all smooth. A few reviewers complain about rent climbing, one saying the rate doubled within six months, and another noting steady increases over four years on the same small unit. Office hours and phone reachability also drew complaints. The place scores 4.6 across 412 Google reviews, so most people come away satisfied.
