About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Clifty Dr in Madison, Indiana, with outdoor parking and drive-up units for rigs and other vehicles. The gate runs on an electronic access system, and there is a kiosk on site plus wide drive aisles that make swinging a longer setup less of a squeeze. Climate controlled and non climate controlled units are both listed. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Sarah gets named more than once, including one reviewer who lost their keys and said she smoothed out the whole process. Others describe quick, polite help with billing questions, and a few mention the unit was clean when they moved in, spiders aside. People also write that renting online was simple and the bill matched what the website quoted, and that moving out only took a few easy steps. The place holds a 4.6 rating across 123 Google reviews. Call ahead if you want to walk the lot before reserving.
