About Simpli Stored Self-Storage
Simpli Stored runs a gated outdoor storage lot in Carrollton, Kentucky. Access is available around the clock, and reviews point to the lighting and cameras as reasons people feel fine pulling in after dark. Only patrons get through the gate. Reviewers describe the place as clean and the pricing as fair, and several mention staff who work with you on payments. Signing up gets called easy, and one reviewer liked opening the gate by text. Not every review is glowing. One person said water flooded their unit and they got no refund. Another reported a leaking neighbor unit and pest damage, and said the manager could only refund that month's rent. Worth reading the full reviews before you commit.
