About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Marietta side runs a self-storage facility that also handles covered vehicle and boat storage. The Google rating sits at 4.9 across 736 reviews, and the review topics lean heavily toward the staff. Tracy and Jose come up by name more than once, described as friendly, patient and quick to answer questions. One reviewer said signing up was easy with a clear contract and clean facilities. Storage options cover small, medium and large units, and there is a climate controlled building on site. A long-term customer who kept two units there for over five years reported everything stayed clean with no bugs or rodents and no trouble with auto payment. Another mentions elevators and a secure facility. Not every review is glowing. One person wrote about pests and a frustrating move-out and said to look elsewhere. Worth reading the full review history before you commit. Reserve online, call, or stop by during staffed hours.
