About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the self-storage side of things in Mentor carries a 4.8 rating over 638 Google reviews. The comments keep circling back to the same theme: the people. Amber and Heath get named for walking customers through questions and fixing booking mistakes without a fuss. Renters describe the units as clean and the sign-up as quick, whether they reserved online or stopped in. You can handle most of the process from your phone if that is how you like to do it. Reviewers mention booking a unit online and getting clear instructions to find it once they arrived. Size options run from small to large, so there is room to sort out what fits your rig or your overflow gear. One thing worth asking about before you commit: a reviewer noted their monthly rate jumped from $124 to $210 after renting in January, and said the contract allowed for changes. Rates can move, so get the current number and the terms in writing. The facility is wheelchair accessible and open to everyone.
