About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space location sits at 9363 E Southern Ave, near S Ellsworth Rd, and serves folks from Mesa out toward Apache Junction, Gilbert and Gold Canyon. It's a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat storage, so there's room for more than just boxes. The reviews lean heavily on the staff. Tyler and Hector come up by name, and people describe them as knowledgeable and patient, taking time to walk renters through a unit before signing anything. One reviewer said a manager made a stressful move feel less stressful. Others call the place clean and safe, and mention climate control, drive-up access, elevator access and moving carts. It's not 24/7, so check the posted hours before you haul a trailer over. A few reviewers noted a price increase, though they said the staff handled it well. Online reservations are available if you'd rather set it up before you drive out.
