About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space Storage on NE 16th Ave in Miami offers outdoor storage and parking spaces for vehicles, including RVs. It is a gated facility with lit areas, and reviewers frequently mention the helpful staff, with many naming employees like Chris, Shadia, and Hugo. The location has a 4.9-star rating from over 1,200 Google reviews. Reviewers often call the staff accommodating and say renting was easy. They mention quick setup and a welcoming atmosphere. Some note that the facility is clean and safe. One reviewer appreciated being shown different unit sizes and prices. Not all feedback is positive. One reviewer reported the air conditioning was broken for about three months, making the building unbearably hot and damaging belongings. That is worth knowing if you plan to store temperature-sensitive items. For outdoor RV parking, the lot is gated and lit, and the wide drive aisles make maneuvering easier.
