About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits in North Miami and rents units for everything from household goods to cars, boats, and motorcycles. Reviewers bring up the cleanliness of the facility more than anything else, and a manager named Johnny comes up often for walking people through unit options and answering questions before they sign. Month-to-month leases and online payments are part of the setup, and the property has cameras and 24/7 access. The reviews are not all glowing. Multiple people describe steep rate increases a few months in, and one reviewer who stored fishing gear reported a burglary and said the parking lot had no cameras. Another review disputes the security account. Read the current lease terms closely and ask about rate history before you commit. The staff get consistent praise for being welcoming and informative, and unit tours are available. If you want a walkthrough, ask for one at the office rather than using the kiosk.
