About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on W Northfield Blvd in Murfreesboro, and the reviews put the staff front and center. People mention Yvette and Mr. Monroe by name and describe them as thorough, clear about the process, and easy to work with. One reviewer called the pricing fair. Small, medium, and large units are available, plus drive-up units where vehicles are allowed. The property is gated with electronic access and lit, and climate controlled units are offered. Inside units drew praise for being clean on move-in; one reviewer said the outside unit was not as clean but stored less important things there. Reviews run 4.8 stars across 171 ratings. A couple of complaints stand out: one person found the first floor smelling like smoke, and another said new owners added gate hours that did not fit a 4am work schedule. Ask about access hours before you sign if you keep odd ones.
