About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space location sits at 192nd and Edna in Omaha, and the reviews keep coming back to the same things: clean grounds, secure gates, and a manager named Dean who people clearly remember. One reviewer said he offered water and helped load heavy items. That kind of thing sticks with people. The units come in small, medium and large, and climate control is available for heat and AC. Reviewers mention renting a 10x9 climate-controlled unit and finding the gate access and entry doors easy to use. Carts were on hand when they needed them. Several people brought up transparent pricing and no hidden fees, and one liked pre-paying for six months, though they wished the rate didn't climb so much after. Not every review is glowing. One renter left two stars after their units were cancelled the same afternoon they finished moving out. Worth knowing before you sign. With 676 reviews and a 4.8 rating, the place has a track record, but read the fine print on cancellation and rate changes.
