About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits in Ottsville and runs a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat storage. The place earns a 4.9 from 624 Google reviews, and a lot of that feedback comes back to how clean the property is, inside and out. Reviewers also mention feeling good about the security, with one long-term customer saying they never worried about their belongings. Staff come up often too. Reviewers name Andrew for friendly, knowledgeable service and describe being driven to a unit on a golf cart and walked through the app. Climate controlled units are mentioned by people who wanted their things out of the heat and humidity. Small, medium, and large units are offered, and one reviewer signed up online in about five minutes. A few reviews flag cost. People say the rate jumped after an introductory special ended, so ask about pricing when you reserve. The facility is wheelchair accessible and has hours rather than round-the-clock gate access.
