About Extra Space Storage
On Fairmont Pkwy in Pasadena, this Extra Space spot handles outdoor parking along with regular self-storage. Drive-up access and wide aisles make it easier to swing a big rig through the gate. The property is gated and lit, with security cameras around. Reviews mostly talk about the people behind the counter. Carlos and Krista come up often, described as friendly and quick to sort out downsize moves or new rentals. One reviewer has been a customer for 28 years. Another reported a unit break-in and says the footage wasn't reviewed, so read the reviews yourself before committing. The facility is older according to a couple of reviews, and monthly rates get mixed comments. Climate-controlled units are available for non-RV stuff. Hours are posted, so check before you haul over.
