About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Fairmont Pkwy in Pasadena, with outdoor parking spots for rigs and units in small, medium and large sizes. The property is gated with electronic access, and climate controlled units are available if you want one for the stuff inside. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, and Bonnie gets named over and over. People describe her as friendly and patient, showing several unit sizes so nobody rents more space than they need. One long-time customer mentions riding out big storms with a unit here and no problems. The place is clean and the office is new, according to reviews. Folks also mention easy online setup and app access, fair pricing, and a move-out process that went smoothly even from out of town. Hours are posted, so check them before you haul over.
