About Extra Space Storage
Plenty of storage options in Rio Rancho, and the reviews back it up: 4.9 stars from 840 people. The staff get named over and over, especially Joshua and Jr, for being helpful and patient. One reviewer said Joshua delayed his lunch to help them rent two units. Another called the facility spotless and well maintained. The place itself is clean and spacious. Easy to turn a moving truck around. You can set up a rental online in minutes, and several reviewers did exactly that. Climate controlled units come up in the comments too. Rates are mentioned as affordable by some, though one reviewer thought their unit was a bit pricey for the size. Another warned to look at the unit before committing. Not every review is glowing. One person complained about a price increase without notice and said getting it sorted took a few days. The building itself got praise in that same review. If you want straightforward storage with staff who actually pick up the phone, this is worth a look. Reserve online or stop by.
