About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Inca in Rio Rancho rents indoor and outdoor units in small, medium and large sizes, and travel trailers come up in reviews. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Robin gets named a lot, and so does Bray, for being patient, friendly and quick to answer questions. Cleanliness shows up again and again in the reviews, along with how secure the property feels. People mention reserving online and getting a call from the manager afterward. One reviewer liked that the indoor unit meant no loading in the hot sun, and pointed out the large carts on site. Another said the whole process was easy from start to finish. Not every review is glowing. One customer was surprised by a price increase and moved out.
