About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on US Highway 301 S in Riverview, and it takes outdoor parking as well as regular storage units. The site is gated with electronic gate access, and a manager lives on site. Climate controlled and non climate controlled units are both available, and vehicles are allowed in the drive-up units. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Nick gets named a lot, for walking people through pricing, showing a few units before they pick one, and going over the contract in detail. One person wrote about him helping carry boxes to the car in the rain. Tosha gets mentioned too, for working with a tenant through a hard stretch. People also call the grounds clean and the lighting good. The rental process gets described as quick, and a few reviewers mention how easy a transfer into a new unit was. Boat storage comes up in several reviews. If you are parking a rig out here, the wide drive aisles and freeway access are worth knowing about.
