About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage lot at 3100 7th St NW in Rochester, near 7th St NW and W Circle Dr. If you need a spot for an RV or boat, outdoor parking is one of the options here alongside small, medium and large units. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Robert, the site manager, gets named a lot. People describe him as personable and helpful, and more than one review mentions a call after he spotted a unit door that wasn't latched during his daily rounds. The gate and property security get good marks too, and folks call the place clean and secure. Parking is booked online, and at least one reviewer accidentally reserved a parking space instead of a unit and had it sorted at the front desk without trouble. Others note that prices have gone up and the payment app can be glitchy, though autopay avoids that. The office has posted hours and isn't open around the clock. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking.
