About Five Star Storage
Five Star Storage sits right off Highway 52 in Rochester, near the Hampton Inn and the Holiday station. It handles indoor and outdoor units, and there's room to move a truck and trailer through the property, which reviewers mention more than once. Boat, car and RV parking is part of what they offer here. Security comes up a lot in reviews. People note the cameras and the code access at the gate, and the place reads as safe and secure to folks who've been on site. Staff get consistent praise too, with Mike named repeatedly for being easy to work with and helpful when sizing up units. A few things to know. One reviewer found their climate-controlled unit a bit dirty and the corner unit's door small with no inside lights. Another had a rough run-in with management over after-hours access. Overall it holds a 4.3 from 83 Google reviews, and pricing gets called fair.
