About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility in Rock Hill that also shows up under automobile and RV storage. It holds a 4.8 rating across 180 Google reviews. People keep bringing up the staff. Reviewers describe managers who walk you through several units, sort out problems on the spot, and make the rental process easy to follow. The site has a private lot with code-accessible entry, and access hours get called convenient. Reviewers mention clean grounds, drive-up units, and a safe area. Climate-controlled units come up too. Several reviewers say the rates are reasonable, though one long-term renter pointed out that rent has gone up each year and noted the facility has changed owners more than once. You can reserve online, call, or stop in. The website lets you search and rent a unit, and a separate email with your gate or door code arrives after payment. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking are available. If you're storing an RV, ask what they can fit before you commit.
