About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits on Hearn Street in Rock Hill, a short drive from Hargett Park. It is a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat storage, and indoor climate controlled units are among the options. The property is gated, has cameras, and offers 24/7 access. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, especially Johanna. People describe her as patient and knowledgeable, and say she walks renters through the details. One 20-year repeat customer came back when they needed storage again. Renters also mention reserving and paying online, with discounts for booking through the website. The one recurring gripe comes from a first-timer who wished someone had shown them how to get into the climate controlled interior storage. Otherwise the feedback is about friendly service, clean hallways and prices people call affordable. The office can help with packing and moving supplies too.

“Nice open facility in a good location with decent accessibility.” – Meta L., 6 months ago, on Google
“Great place to rent. Very friendly staff member Johanna helped me. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel welcome. Took the time to thoroughly explain all the details of renting. Very clean office and well kept property and hallways.” – revuts, 6 months ago, on Google
“Joanna in the office is wonderful. My only complaint is that as a brand new storage unit renter had it not been for another renter being there to assist me in my first time use, I would've been lost.” – Susan, 5 months ago, on Google
