About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Sacramento covers self storage along with automobile and boat storage, and reviews back up the 4.8 rating across 392 Google reviews. The word that shows up most is speed. People describe a fast process, often eleven times over, with staff walking them through the paperwork and answers to their questions. Staff get named. Reviewers mention Evan and Nick by name, crediting them with fixing a wrong-facility reservation and generally being patient and on top of things. Others point to helpful office staff, clear explanations during leasing, and help picking the right unit. Climate controlled units and flat bed dollies come up too, and a few people say they landed a good deal. Not every review is glowing. Some describe gate and building access codes that did not work, and two reviews report theft from a unit along with unexpected fees and a lockout. Worth reading the full reviews yourself before you commit. Reserve online or stop by during posted hours.
