About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage location in Sacramento that also lists RV, boat and automobile storage among its categories. It's a 4.9-star spot across more than 1,500 Google reviews, which is a lot of feedback for one facility. What comes through in the reviews is the staff. Melissa and James get named for walking people through the rental and answering questions, and reviewers use words like friendly and courteous over and over. One person rented a unit online and was in and out in under 20 minutes. Another had a snag over a special lock but said the employee came out to the unit to help sort it. Reviewers also call the property clean, safe and easy to get around, with ample parking. Small, medium and large units are available, and the gate and access hours come up in reviews. The office is wheelchair accessible. If you're parking a rig, call ahead about what fits.
