About Public Storage
Most of the units here sit indoors, and the smaller ones are upstairs with elevator access. If you want to pull your rig right up to the door, the 10x20 outside units have drive-up access. Climate control is available across a range of sizes, which matters in a Citrus Heights summer. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. People name Holli, Sherita, Aundrea, Andrea and Ethan, describing them as patient, courteous and good at explaining things without a rush. Several mention being walked to their unit and having questions answered on the spot. It is a kiosk site, so one reviewer found it a little harder to get help in person, and noted the kiosk was down during their visit. Others mention the gate and security cameras. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking.
