About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on B Street in Sacramento has a 4.9-star average across 977 Google reviews, and a lot of those reviews mention Tasha by name. She's the store manager, and reviewers describe her as friendly, patient, and good at walking people through their options. One person said she helped them get two 10x15 units and set up the app that opens the gate. Others mention the grounds are neat and clean, without the homeless campers they've seen at other storage places in the area. The facility offers small, medium, and large units, and reviewers have called it secure and easy to access. Cameras are on site. One reviewer noted the elevator, and another mentioned moving carts. The location is wheelchair accessible with accessible parking. Not every review is positive. One person reported a break-in and said security cameras were down after a power surge. That's worth keeping in mind. The office has hours, so it's not 24/7 access. If you want to check availability or ask about unit sizes, you can reserve online or call.
