About Public Storage
Public Storage on 57th Street in Sacramento runs indoor units behind coded entry, and the gate is open around the clock. Reviewers bring up the elevators a fair amount. One called them a pain but said a staff member walked her through how they work, app included. Kind staff comes up again and again in the reviews, more than any other topic. People describe managers taking time to figure out the right unit size, answering questions, and in one case turning a car around to finish a reservation. Others mention clean units and easy access, with no safety concerns on the property. Not every review is warm. One person called the manager rude and said posted hours and office hours did not match what they found. Worth knowing before you drive over. The facility is wheelchair accessible, has a rating of 4.9 across 468 Google reviews, and offers online rental if you would rather skip the counter.
