About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Eckhert Road is a self-storage facility in San Antonio that also handles vehicle storage, including RVs. They have both indoor and outdoor spots, and some units are climate controlled. The wide drive aisles and multiple gates make it easier to move a larger rig through the property. Reviewers often mention the staff. People describe the team as kind and attentive, with one customer saying an employee drove them around in a golf cart to compare units. The rental process gets called quick and painless, and the location is repeatedly described as safe. A few reviews note clean units. Not every review is positive. One reviewer complained about broken glass in the parking lot and a rat problem. It is worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you commit.
