About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space location on the San Antonio side is a general self-storage facility, and its listings include automobile and boat storage along with small, medium and large units. Access is available around the clock, and cameras are on site. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Alex, Rachel and Hector get named for being helpful and quick to respond, and one renter said the process was informative and fast. Cleanliness comes up more than once, and several people mention how easy the place is to use. Others point to the range of storage options when they traded up to bigger units. One caution worth knowing: a reviewer warned that the monthly rate went up after a few months, with management citing rate changes. If you are budgeting long term, ask how the rate works before you sign. The facility sits at 4.9 stars across 297 Google reviews.
