About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility in San Antonio that also lists automobile, boat and trailer storage among its categories. The camera system comes up in reviews, and several renters describe the place as secure. If you need a spot for a rig, ask what's open before you haul it over. Reviewers keep naming the staff. Rachel gets called out again and again for being helpful and dependable, and Chris gets credit for walking people through units and rate options before they sign. One long-term renter says they've stuck around for years. The front office also draws mentions for a welcoming atmosphere and a quick sign up process, and a few people note the rates work for them. One review is worth reading in full: a renter reported a trailer stolen from the lot and said they weren't satisfied with how the front desk handled it. The same review says other trailers had gone missing recently. The overall 4.9 rating across more than a thousand reviews is strong, but read that one and weigh it against the rest.
