About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space location sits at 8038 Arjons Dr, near Cabot Dr and Miramar Rd, and draws renters from Miramar, Mira Mesa, Sorrento Valley and Scripps Ranch. The place offers small, medium and large units, plus vehicle storage and drive-up access. Cameras pan across the property, which reviewers repeatedly call clean and secure. Staff come up often in reviews, and for good reason. Jamarr and Hunter get named for walking people through rentals and picking out units. One first-time renter called the site solid, clean, dry and secure, and liked the pricing. Others mention how quick it is to book online and get in. Not every review is glowing. One renter warns that rates went up after a couple months and says the front desk pushes for five-star reviews on day one. Worth reading the contract closely before you sign. Hours are posted, so this is not a 24/7 gate.

What renters mention
“What a great (fairly) new company Extra Space is! Who knew it could actually be easy to store yer stuff? This one on Arjons is kind of a quiet hidden gem (though I guess, not any longer), clean, easy to reach with minimal La Jolla-adjacent…” – Director H., 5 months ago, on Google
“First time ever renting a storage unit since we moved from a large home in NJ to an apartment in San Diego. The facility was solid, clean, dry, and secure.” – Gene L., 2 years ago, on Google
“Great place for storage. Super clean and super friendly. Try to talk to JAMARR. He would be in the front office. His customer service skills are the best. Hes super helpful and knowledgeable.” – Lows, 2 months ago, on Google
