About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on S Grand Ave in Santa Ana, and the reviews point to the same thing again and again: the staff. Cris, Chris and Eddie come up by name, often for walking people through the paperwork, the app and the lock without rushing. A renter who accidentally paid for two locations got refunded and a free first month. Others call the place clean and well managed. For RV owners, the setup includes outdoor parking and gated electronic access. Vehicles are allowed in drive-up units, and there is a wide drive aisle to maneuver. Climate controlled and non climate controlled units are both available, and the property has elevator access, so upper floors are reachable. It is a self-storage facility first, with automobile and boat storage listed among its categories. The Google rating is 4.8 across 893 reviews. People mention an easy sign-up process and clear communication. If you want to know about space sizes or rates, call the office.
