About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility in Santa Rosa, California, on a site that used to be Santa Rosa Self Storage. Reviewers mention trailers and other vehicles among the things stored here. It sits at street level with tall ceilings in the units. What comes through in the reviews is the staff. Shawn and Desmond get named again and again for being easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and quick to pick up the phone when a customer's trailer needs attention. People describe renting here as smooth, and a few said the change in management went better than they expected. Cleanliness shows up too, along with a safe feel to the place. Not every review is warm: one long-term customer was unhappy about a rate increase with no notice, and another said the same after the company took over. Worth knowing before you sign. Hours are posted, and the office is wheelchair accessible.
