About U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center of Santa Rosa
On Santa Rosa Ave, this U-Haul spot handles trailer rentals, hitch work, and storage, with a lit lot. It's a busy place, and reviewers mention that more than once. Several people say they came from Petaluma or other towns because the reviews here looked better than the ones closer to home. Staff get called friendly and helpful. One review names Angel and David for walking a customer through a hitch and ball setup that wasn't right. Others point out the wait and the crowds. Hitch installation draws the sharpest complaints, including a missed wiring harness hookup. A separate review about a U-Box says a broken hasp went unrepaired for days. Ask about the drop-off steps before you arrive; one customer was confused about whether someone comes out to meet you. Rental prices get called expensive, especially one-way out of California. If you need a trailer or a spot for your rig, call ahead about hours and what's open.

“Terrific people. I traveled up from Petaluma because of the reviews.” – Ian C., a year ago, on Google
“Good service. The one guy in the lot hooking up our trailer seemed annoyed however. Rental went smooth until our tire blew in the middle of nowhere Nevada. Luckily the roadside assistance helped us once we got ahold of them.” – Jason M., 4 years ago, on Google
“Appreciate the service here. They have all the moving equipment I could think to need, and when renting a U-Haul the process wasn't super laborious/long. I did feel a little confused about the drop off process.” – Joshua P., 3 years ago, on Google
