About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Homeward Way in Sugar Land, with indoor and outdoor storage options and RV parking among the vehicle spaces. The property is gated with electronic gate access, and there's a manager living on site. Reviews lean heavily on the staff. Tiffany and Jayde come up by name, described as patient and knowledgeable, and plenty of people call the crew helpful. A few reviewers mention walking through several unit sizes before signing, and one says the whole lease took 15 to 20 minutes. The facility draws repeated comments about being clean and feeling safe. One reviewer set up a unit online and finished the paperwork by phone, noting the office was locked when they arrived. Another wished for more of something on site, without saying what. Central location with freeway access nearby.
