About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on W Laurel St in Tampa, and the reviews point to the staff more than anything else. People describe the team as patient and helpful, and one reviewer mentioned being shown where their unit was and how to get in through the app. Another said they walked in with a stressful move and left feeling taken care of. The property is gated with electronic gate access and multiple entrance and exit gates. Climate controlled units are available, and reviewers bring up climate control often. Outdoor parking is an option too, and vehicles are allowed in drive-up units. Small, medium and large units are offered, with freeway access close by. Not every review is glowing. A handful mention rate increases, so it is worth asking about pricing terms before you sign. Online booking and an app for gate and door access come up as pluses. If you are parking a rig here, the gate setup and the staff get the most consistent praise.
