About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on the self-storage side of things runs a big Tampa operation, and plenty of people use it for cars, boats, and RVs alongside regular household units. It sits among the company's many locations, some of which handle vehicle storage. Call ahead on RV space. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Don and Luis get named for walking people through unit options and pricing, and Jorge S. shows up more than once for sorting out a billing problem. People also mention quick rentals, with one customer done in about 15 minutes, and a clean, well-kept property. The rating sits at 4.6 across 458 reviews. Not everyone is happy. One reviewer calls the required insurance deceptive and says a homeowners policy was refused. Another notes the site runs automated with no staff on hand and warns that rates climbed more than once in a short stretch. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you sign.
