About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Hufsmith Kohrville Road in Tomball, with small, medium, and large units plus climate control. Reviewers bring up the rental process more than anything else, and several name Angie at the front desk for walking them through it. People describe the units as clean and the lot as secure. You can set up a rental online and reach your unit when the office is closed, which a few reviewers said made moving in easier. Others mention the rates as affordable. Not every review is positive. One person wrote that rates went up after the switch from Cube Smart and that a manager was rude when the A/C went out, with no compensation offered for the days without climate control. Another flagged late fees for short delays. The manager lives on site and deliveries are accepted.
