About Tomball Lock Storage
Tomball Lock Storage runs three locations around Tomball, including a main office on E Hufsmith Rd and annexes on Hufsmith and Boudreaux. They offer boat and RV storage along with climate-controlled and drive-up self storage. You can book and pay online, and the website says the process is secure. Reviewers often mention the staff by name. Jennifer and Kizzy get called out for being helpful and making rentals easy, even over the phone from out of state. Donnie is praised for finding the right size unit. People also note the place is clean and secure. One reviewer had a serious problem: their lock was removed and items were taken, and they say they weren't notified about recent thefts. The manager at the time said they didn't know, but the reviewer is pursuing legal action over security and notification. That's a real concern if you're storing valuables. Overall, the rating sits at 4.5 from 18 reviews, with most feedback focused on helpful staff.
