About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the west side of West Chester runs a self-storage facility, and the reviews pile up fast: 4.9 stars across 423 of them. Reviewers bring up the rental process more than anything else, and a lot of them mention Zach and Bill by name for walking them through it. One customer rented a unit entirely online and moved in the same day. Another moved a daughter out of an on-campus townhouse over a Sunday when the office was closed, and said the instructions, unit map, and parking directions made the trip easier. People describe the space as clean and bright, and a few mention climate controlled units. RV owners should know the listing categories include automobile and boat storage, but the reviews here lean toward household and student storage. The services list covers small, medium, and large units. It is not open 24/7, so check the office hours before you haul a rig over. If you want specifics on RV-sized spaces, one call settles it.
