About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on N Military Trl is a self-storage facility in West Palm Beach, near the Hwy 98 junction. It handles vehicle storage along with small, medium, and large units, so there is room for an RV or boat alongside the usual household overflow. The reviews lean heavily on the staff. Reviewers name Cooper and Calada again and again, describing them as patient and willing to walk through the paperwork. People mention clear explanations at sign-up and a move-in process that went fast. One long-term tenant of three years said the units stay clean and air conditioned. Not everything is perfect. A couple of reviewers flagged a rate increase. Most of the 896 reviews land at 4.9 stars, and the facility is wheelchair accessible with a parking lot on site.
