About Public Storage

This Public Storage on the self-storage side of West Palm Beach handles more than boxes. Reviewers mention covered, indoor and outdoor spots, and the facility also takes boats and cars along with RVs. The gate is electronic and keypad-controlled, the lot is lit, and tenants get access around the clock. Ask for Betty or Mia if you stop in. The reviews keep bringing up the staff, and not just in passing. People describe them as polite, informative and patient, with one customer saying Mia always calls back when a message is left. Another reviewer credited Betty with saving them real money on the spot. The rating sits at 4.8 across 767 Google reviews, so the counter traffic is steady. Most of the positive talk centers on renting a unit and setting up an account. Not every review is glowing, though. One long-term tenant complains that reaching anyone has gotten harder and prices keep climbing. Worth knowing before you sign.
