The one thing that comes up again and again is sand. The lot is dirt and gravel rather than asphalt, so grit blows in under the roll-down doors and leaves contents dusty. Some tenants put moving blankets along the door seal to cut it down. Staff get consistent praise for being quick to help. Setup was slow for one out-of-state renter because on-site hours are limited.
