About Family Time ----- 47 West Trailer Sales
Family Time on West 47 in Troy is an RV dealer first, but storage sits on the list too. Same family has run the place for over 30 years, serving the greater St. Louis area. You can also get propane filled here, rent a travel trailer by the night or week, buy parts and camping accessories, and have trailer or camper repair done on site. Reviewers keep coming back to the service bay. Several mention Andy and Josh by name and call them friendly and knowledgeable. One driver passing through with brake trouble got squeezed in quickly. Another drove from Utah for the price and said the staff made the trip worth it. Others note honest advice on what a truck can safely pull and patient help picking a first camper. With 87 Google reviews at 4.2 stars, warranty work and camper repair come up often, and a few people mention communication that was clear and timely. Hours vary, so call ahead before you haul a rig over.

“This is one of the best service places I've ever been to. I came in with a major trailer issue involving my brakes not working. I was traveling across the country, so time was somewhat of the essence. The service tech.” – Eric, 2 years ago, on Google
“I will always recommend 47 West to anyone looking for a camper. We are first time camper owners and bought a camper from a private party at the beginning of summer that needed more work than we thought and was such a headache.” – Kenzie S., 2 years ago, on Google
“I drove out here from Utah for the price, but the staff was what really made the experience great. The owners are genuine and caring. Andy and Josh in service are some of the friendliest and best in the business. They know their stuff.” – Alek, 6 years ago, on Google
