About First Storage One
First Storage One sits on Somers Drive in Burton, a short hop from Bristol Road and I-475. It's a locally owned self-storage spot that also handles RVs and boats, plus moving supplies if you're mid-pack. The place rents U-Haul trucks and trailers too. Reviewers keep mentioning the manager. He's called people when something looked off in the yard and works with customers who are a few days late. One person said he's on top of what goes on and gave them a heads-up about their boat. Others note the sign-up is quick and you can pay over the phone or online through U-Haul. The property comes up as clean and safe in reviews, and there's climate-controlled space if you need it. The owner lives on site, which a few folks said they liked. It's 4.4 stars from 61 reviews, and people seem to mean it when they say they'd go nowhere else.
