About Public Storage
Public Storage on Saginaw Road in Burton offers indoor and drive-up units that can handle an RV. The 10x20 units are outside with rollup doors, enclosed, and allow vehicle parking. Smaller 10x15, 10x10, and 5x10 units are also available, all ground floor with drive-up access. With 187 Google reviews and a 4.6 rating, the staff gets a lot of praise. Reviewers repeatedly call them helpful, kind, and willing to go above and beyond. One person said an employee walked them through the units and made the process stress-free. Another mentioned a staff member who fixed a lock on the spot. Not every review is positive. Some people complain about inconsistent office hours and say they had trouble reaching anyone by phone. A few mention rate changes after booking, and one warns about a short grace period before locks are cut. The facility is wheelchair accessible.
